Established in 1950 Concrete Developments has over 60 years of knowledge and experience in supplying concrete in the West Midlands. We pride ourselves on providing a first class service at a competitive price. Our mixes use only locally quarried virgin aggregates and British Porland Cement and are regularly independently tested to ensure they consistently achieve their designed strengths.

Concrete

Concrete Developments have been working with concrete since 1950, originally manufacturing paving slabs and concrete fencing systems, we started supplying readymix concrete in 1990.

Floor Screed

Readymixed screed describes a thin, top layer of material (traditionally semi-dry sand and cement), Placed & compacted on top of the structural concrete or insulation, on top of which other finishing materials can be applied, such as carpet, laminate or tile.

Liquid Screed

Topflow self-compacting screed is a high-performance cement based screed suitable for laying 75mm thick over a structural sub-base (ie. block & beam or concrete) Free flowing Topflow concrete can be placed fast, with the material consolidating easily and effortlessly into the required pour locations. Topflow provides an excellent, smooth surface quality that can be laid perfectly flat for slabs and floors, eliminating the need for floating.

Concrete Pump Hire

Concrete Developments operate a fleet of lorry mounted concrete pumping rigs with boom arms from 16m to 32m. Using additional ground-line we have pumped concrete over 200m.
