Tune Hotel Liverpool is a budget hotel in the city centre of Liverpool, a short walk from shopping, nightlife, tourist attractions and Liverpool Lime Street station.
DOES THE HOTEL PROVIDE TOWELS, SOAP, SHAMPOO, ETC?
Yes. All rooms come with basic toiletries which includes two bars of soap, shampoo and conditioner. This however does not apply to our UK hotels, where toiletries are an add-on feature for a small fee.
CAN I MAKE A BOOKING ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER PERSON BUT PAY IT WITH MY OWN CREDIT CARD?
Yes you can.
CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
No, unless you have chosen the Flexible Rate Package which allows you to pay on arrival with no cancellation fees. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival. Otherwise, bookings cannot be amended, modified or cancelled. Any booking cancellation or failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will be treated as a no-show and will result in the total payment under that Booking Confirmation (including add-on charges together with applicable taxes).
DOES TUNE HOTELS OFFER REFUNDS?
No, Tune Hotels does not provide refunds, unless stated otherwise in your booking rate plan.
CAN I SMOKE IN THE HOTEL ROOMS?
No. Tune Hotels is a strictly non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted in all rooms. However, designated smoking areas around the hotel is provided.
